Our founder, Jocelyn Cruz, brings 25 years of experience across IT, CRM, data, and transformation leadership — including more than 12 years leading Salesforce delivery. She founded CRM & Data Angels.AI after years of inheriting and stepping into enterprise-scale implementations that required significant remediation — programs slowed or blocked by incomplete requirements and poor backlog hygiene, technical debt, poorly designed data models, poor data quality, and over-customized configurations that left service agents unable to manage customer interactions effectively and managers unable to get the reporting and insights they needed to lead.
She has worked inside organizations like Rational Software (now IBM ELM), Cisco Systems, Cisco Foundation, Intuit, Stryker, and Humane Society Silicon Valley — and led delivery at LTIMindtree, Wipro (formerly Appirio), and Infosys — with clients including Harvard Business School, Becton Dickinson, Forcepoint, and others.
